We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate wear are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
